              SPICY DAHI BARAY RECIPE

Dahi Baray is a popular local breakfast that comes with a unique flavor. Yogurt is a very popular dish. There are many different ways to make yogurt. Mash dal curd is delicious and charming. Here is a simple and easy yogurt recipe that you can use to make delicious and licking yogurt at home without any hassle.


INGRIDIENTS

Ingredients for tamarind sauce

  • 4 cups tamarind pulp (soak in 3 cups of water for 1 hour)
  • 1 cup water
  • 20 palms (without seeds)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon licking spice
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1-1 / 2 cup Gur powder

Ingredients for baray

  • 1-1 / 2 cup white lentils
  • 1 cup split yellow lentils
  • 2-3 tablespoons water
  • 1 pinch of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Ingredients for yogurt

  • 1 kg yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • Salt to taste
  • 3-4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup milk

Ingredients for dahi baray

  • Well done.
  • Prepared yogurt
  • Black salt to taste
  • Roasted cumin as required
  • Red pepper as required
  • Tamarind sauce as required
  • Green sauce as needed
  • Lick masala as required

Recipe for Tamarind Sauce:

  • In a large pan, add tamarind pulp, water and dates and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Now to blend it, after blending, add salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, ginger powder, crushed red chilli, sugar, gar powder and cook on medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Guide to goodness:
  • Blend yellow lentils and white lentils in a blender with water then take out in a bowl.
  • Now add salt, baking soda and keep mixing in one direction till the mixture is well mixed.
  • Now leave it for 15-20 minutes.
                             
  • Now fry the bhalla in medium heat cooking oil and then let it cool down.
  • Now soak these fried bhallas in salted water for 10-12 minutes.
  • Then press the bhalla to drain the water

Recipe for yogurt

  • In a bowl, combine yogurt, salt, cornflour, sugar, milk and blend well.

  • First, put a little bit of yoghurt in the plate and use black salt, roasted cumin, red chilli powder, chaat masala, green chutney, tamarind chutney to taste.
