CHICKEN SHAMI KABAB RECEPIE
About the recipe for Chicken Shami Kebab: Chicken Shami Kebab is one of the best non-vegetarian snacks to start with. Not only will you love to eat it but you will also enjoy cooking this spicy breakfast. Shami Kebab is a succulent chicken / lamb with lentils in which spicy masala is stuffed inside and fried crispy on the outside. Serve with coriander or mint sauce.
Ingredients of Chicken Shami Kebab
- 1 cup lentils
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 7-8 cloves
- 7-8 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coriander
- 1 tbsp celery
- 3 tbsp whole
- 1/2 tsp chilli flax 500
- 1 gram salt
- 1 green chilli (1 teaspoon finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon water pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green coriander
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 2 chopped eggs
How to make Chicken Shami Kebab
1. Soak 1 cup of lentils for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add cumin, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, coriander, celery, red pepper and chilli flakes. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
3. Now add soaked gram lentils and mix well.
4. Add the boneless chicken and salt. Add the required amount of water and boil.
5. Cook until all the water has evaporated and the chicken is soft.
7. Add ginger, green chillies, garlic, coriander and mint leaves to the paste. Mix all the ingredients well.
8. Now add raw egg liquid and mix well.
9. Make kebabs of any desired shape and size using your palm, usually flat round shape.
11. You can serve kebabs hot with the sauce of your choice.
