Ingredients

1 cup powdered milk

1 egg

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 tablespoon oil

Half a teaspoon of green cardamom

1 tablespoon chopped pistachios / almonds.

1 liter of milk

3 cups of sugar

How to cook

1. Mix dry milk, egg, baking powder, oil and small cardamom powder.

Knead like greasy bread flour.



2. Now shape them into balls.

3. Heat the milk with sugar and a little cardamom powder until it boils.

4. When it boils and the sugar dissolves, add the balls and bring to another boil for about 5 minutes.



5. Reduce heat to low.

6. Formal balls will double in size.

7. Take it to the dish.




8. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.

9. Ready to offer delicious formalities.

10. Cool and serve.
