Mouth watering Golgappa (Panipuri) Recipe
Gol Guppa is a popular roadside breakfast, also known as Pani Puri. It is very popular among Asians. You need lentils, spicy water, onions and sweet tamarind sauce to fill the goulash recipe with flour, semolina, salt, oil and pur پوریe. This delicious snack round goop recipe will really fill your mouth with water. This recipe is very easy to make and tasty.
Ingredients
Ingredients: for golgappa flour:
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cup semolina
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
To fill:
Shaan Pani Puri Masala
Boiled black gram or pea can
If water and spices are not available, add 1/4 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of black salt, 1 teaspoon of tamarind pulp and a pinch of salt.
Method

Cooking Instructions: Mix all the flour ingredients together to make a hard dough. Leave it covered for about 5 to 6 hours as semolina takes time to bloom.
Take a small ball of flour, don't make it as thin as paper and not as thick as whole. Cut into small rounds with the help of cookie cutter.
Fry these balls four or five at a time over low heat. Do not remove it as soon as it is fluffy. Wait for it to crack. Keep the heat low because we don't want gold.
Golgappa Water: Shaan Masala Pack contains instructions on this. Prepare it with cold water. Pierce the Gol Gupta from the middle to the thin part of the Gol Gupta. Add 4 to 5 lentils or lentils and fill it with water and enjoy.
