How to make ginger beef

                GINGER BEEF RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of beef undercut cubes
  • 2 inch piece of ginger
  • 1 chopped onion.
  • 2-3 green peppers.
  • 3 chopped boiled tomatoes.
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 125 grams of yogurt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon dry ginger powder
  • 6-8 living
  • 3-4 green peppers.
  • Coriander as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • 3-4 tablespoons oil
  • Half a cup of water 

How to cook

  1. Finely chop the ginger and 1 onion and set aside.
  2. Heat 3-4 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add chopped ginger and chopped onion.
  3. Fry until golden brown.
  4. Now add the beef and cook until the meat changes color and turns pink.
  5. Now add 3-4 green cardamom, cloves, turmeric, red chilli powder, crushed red chillies and yogurt.
  6. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Now add dry ginger powder, water and salt to taste.
  8. Cover and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
  9. Then remove the lid and add chopped coriander, 2-3 chopped green chillies and chopped tomatoes.
  10. Cook and stir for a few minutes or until oil rises.
  11. Garlic beef is ready to serve.
  12. Remove to a serving dish and serve hot.
