How to make ginger beef
GINGER BEEF RECIPE

Ingredients
- 500 grams of beef undercut cubes
- 2 inch piece of ginger
- 1 chopped onion.
- 2-3 green peppers.
- 3 chopped boiled tomatoes.
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 125 grams of yogurt
- 1/2 Teaspoon dry ginger powder
- 6-8 living
- 3-4 green peppers.
- Coriander as needed
- Salt to taste
- 3-4 tablespoons oil
- Half a cup of water
How to cook
- Finely chop the ginger and 1 onion and set aside.
- Heat 3-4 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add chopped ginger and chopped onion.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Now add the beef and cook until the meat changes color and turns pink.
- Now add 3-4 green cardamom, cloves, turmeric, red chilli powder, crushed red chillies and yogurt.
- Fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Now add dry ginger powder, water and salt to taste.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
- Then remove the lid and add chopped coriander, 2-3 chopped green chillies and chopped tomatoes.
- Cook and stir for a few minutes or until oil rises.
- Garlic beef is ready to serve.
- Remove to a serving dish and serve hot.
