How to make pumpkin halwa

     DELICIOUS PUMPKIN HALWA RECIPE


Pumpkin halwa is made with gourd (gourd), sugar, nuts and less milk. It is usually enjoyed in the winter season as hot desserts are preferred in winter.

Ingredients

  • 2 bottles of pumpkin
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup clear butter
  • 250 grams of powdered milk
  • 50 grams chopped almonds.
  • 50 grams chopped pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons kyora essence 


How to cook

1. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

2. Grind the pumpkin well.

3. Now boil the crushed gourd in a small amount of water till it becomes soft.

4. Take it out and set it aside.

5. Heat pure butter in a pan over low heat.

6. Add the boiled pumpkin and fry for 5 minutes or until all the water is dry.

                              

7. Now add sugar and kewra essence.

                              



8. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until sugar dissolves.

9. Add powdered milk.

                              


10. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

11. Take it out in a serving bowl.

12. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.


13. Delicious pumpkin pie is ready to serve.
