However, this savory recipe is such that you don't hesitate to make it on other days for some dessert after eating. Ingredients of fenugreek extract | Eid Sevian: This is a recipe for methi sevai or semai which is cooked in creamy milk with almonds and pistachios in pure desi ghee. Khoya is also used as a special ingredient to enhance the taste. This nutty and delicious Indian dessert will definitely make your meal special!
Ingredients of fenugreek
- seeds 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 packet vermicelli cooking desi ghee
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar syrup a pinch of cardamom powder a pinch of saffron lost a handful
How to make fenugreek seeds
1. Mix almonds and pistachios in water. Blanching not only softens them but also makes them easier to peel.
2. Do not boil them for more than 30 to 45 seconds
3. When bleaching pistachios, peel almonds
4. Once the skin is dry. When you remove them, the fruit begins to wrinkle. Finely slice them.
5. Once this is done, cook the vermicelli in desi ghee until it acquires a beautiful brown color.
6.Now put it in the sieve so that all the extra oil comes out.
7. Now empty all the oil pan and add milk in it.
8. When the milk boils, add sugar syrup in it.
9. Add sesame seeds and stir gently. Be careful not to break it.
10. The milk will soften it and start cooking. Add saffron and cardamom powder.
11. Serve.
12. Now add almonds and pistachios and stir well, then lose the last ingredient. Grind a small piece of it in a pan and mix well.
When the milk is well absorbed, let it dry for a few minutes.
